So I went to walmart twice today! It feels like I've been to walmart everyday since noel has been born. Living 2 1/2 minutes away from walmart has made me way to dependent, any time I need anything i just jump in the car and there I am! It seems so convenient but then I have to go to the baby isle to see if there is anything new, and before you know it I've been there an hour! It happens every time. I'm so sick of wasting my days there, I have so much to do and it has been the opposite of convenient, let alone a drain on my check book. So I've decided to go to walmart only once a week, I think wednesday. I'm just going to keep a list of what I need when I think of it. Not only will it save time but I think it will help me save money because it gives me time to deliberate on if I really need it or not! Why did I not think of this earlier. Anyway I will tell you how it goes and if I can stick to my guns until next wednesday. Wish me LUCK!!

I've had ENOUGH!!

Sounds like a good idea!!! Going to the store less will definitely help you safe money! For me dropping the bargain shopping helped. I found myself sorting stuff out that the we had never wore/ used and realized I only bought it because it was on sale. Now I (try to) only go shopping when we need something, whether it's on sale or not. I try to buy quality instead of quantity and it really does pay off in the end!
I have a love/hate relationship with Wal Mart. I feel like I spend WAY too much time there too. Good luck! You can do it :)!
Just think of the days we had to drive 1 1/2 hrs to get to one, we would spend $500 at once, that was one way to limit what you bought!
